HRMIS

The School Education Department (SED) is committed to continuous innovation and development. In order to improve service delivery, SED has taken the lead by automating all professional matters of its staff through the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). With over 351,000 teachers and staff having submitted their online PERs (Performance Evaluation Reports), the processing of these reports has become more timely and transparent. Teachers can now apply for E-Leaves, Casual Leaves, and E-Retirement, among other professional matters, through these portals.
