Foundational Learning & Numeracy

This component under the Taleem program deals with the issues of low learning levels and large number of out of school children at primary level in the province including the potential impact of COVID-19 on learning and participation. To address these, this program will focus on

i) The establishment of three-month learning camps to serve Out of School Children (OOSC) and children at risk of dropping out of school.

ii) The establishment of Non-Formal Education Institutions (NFEIs) to serve overage children focusing on areas with no or low access to formal schools.
