A consultative workshop on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy was held in Multan on 24th October 2023. Key findings and lessons learnt from completion of the Learning Camps in 5 districts were presented and discussed. Future recommendations for various contours of the interventions were deliberated in detail. The workshop marked the
Program Director PMIU, Muhammad Farooq Rasheed, visited the teaching campus in Bahawalpur. He talked to the students and reviewed the facilities provided to them. Teaching campuses are ongoing in 5 districts of Punjab, and more than 80 thousand students will benefit from it.
PMIU-PESRP hosted a Dialogue on the “Socio-emotional well-being of students in Schools ” A diverse panel with representation from UNICEF, Private Schools, Legal Experts with Government Officers, and the Minister of School Education Department the Chief Guest joined the discussion.
