Mr. Mehdi has 28 years of diversified experience of Project Development, Capacity building and General Administration etc. in foreign funded projects and public sector entities in Punjab at middle and senior management positions. Excellence in Project handling contributed a lot in managing ASPIRE project.

Dr. Randhawa has 37 years of experience as Civil Engineer and Environmentalist. He has previously worked as Chief Engineer in C & W Dept.LDA & RDA. With his excellent skills in planning, procurement &Monitoring of Buildings, Road infrastructure projects and Environmental and Social compliance regarding Projects Dr. Randhawa is contributing in the ASPIRE project.

Abbas Muneer has over 12 years of experience as Data Analyst, Statistician, Research Officer out of which 08 years of experience of donor funded (World Bank, ADB) projects. He has previously worked in Punjab Commission on the Status of Women, Government of the Punjab and Nur Center for Research & Policy for 06 years with his excellent skills in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analysis and Data Visualization. Currently working as an M&E Associate in Aspire Project of PMIU-PESRP, School Education Department.

He has 6.5 years of experience in Human Resource Management and coordination in public and private projects.
With his excellence skills in Human Resources, Implementation & Coordination, and Communication, Mr. Zohaib is contributing to the ASPIRE project

Area of Expertise (management, monitoring and record maintenance)
She has more than 6 years of experience as Assistant and Management Associate. She has previously worked with FCDO at PMIU-PESRP & Strategic Planning Unit, School Education Department With her excellent skills in management, monitoring and record maintenance. Ms is contributing in the ASPIRE project.

Ms. Kainat Zahra has more than 8 years of experience as Coordinator and Assistant. She has previously worked in Army Public School with her excellent skills related to administrative and project management tasks. She is contributing in the ASPIRE project.

Area of Expertise: Correspondence with the Finance Department, AG Office, Treasury Office, and P&D regarding the Release, Utilization, and Reconciliation of funds.
Mr. Qaiser has a total of 10 years of experience in Accounts and finance, including 05 years of experience with donor-funded (World Bank, ADB) projects. He worked as an Accountant in PMU’s energy Department for 03 years and is currently working as an Assistant A&F in the Aspire Project of PMIU-PESRP’s school Education Department.

As a Finance & Accounts Associate, I am an expert in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. I am also an expert in analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making and maintain the financial health of the project.
I have diversified experience of 6.5 years in the field of accounts and finance in the public (donor-funded Projects i.e. FCDO, World Bank) and private sectors. Currently, I am working as a Finance & Accounts Associate under the ASPIRE Project

He has more than 12 years of Financial Management experience of Donor Funded Projects.
